Each track can be re-downloaded within 48 hours. You will find your tracks in ACCOUNT on MY DOWNLOADS. On the page DOWNLOADED you can select all tracks, which you purchased in the last 48 hours. This is helpfull if a track is damaged or cut after a download session.
If you need to re-download you music after the initial 48 hours has expired, please contact us via the “Submit A Ticket” form link.
Please provide the following information:
– MusicWorx Username
– Order number
– Purchase Date
– Track names you need to re-download
Our support can reset downloads from past order if they fail.
