My streams are not being downloaded
“If your streams are not downloaded to your computer it can have several reasons:
1. You have no or no good internet connection.
2. Your hard disk is already full. The encrypted audio files are stored on your drive C.
3. Our server cannot deliver the data. In this case please open a Support Ticket.”
